Project Overview
The 700,000 SF project consists primarily of residential units including guestrooms, suites, and villas. The tower saves 1.68 million kWh per year, which is enough to power 160 homes. This building saves 40% more water than the standard baseline building from implementing low-flow fixtures throughout the property and drought tolerant landscaping. More than one-quarter of the building materials include recycled content and more than three-quarters of the construction waste was diverted from landfills. The building's carbon footprint is lower by more than 1,000 metric tons of CO2 per year.
